Compliance Program:

The ever-changing and complex world of Federal Compliance is an area that often causes confusion for many student services administrators.  Clery, Title IX, HEOA, Constitution Day, Alcohol and Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act (DFSCA) are just a few of the compliance regulations that often fall under the umbrella of the Student Affairs administrator – either partially or totally.  Keeping track of compliance can be a monumental task, particularly for institutions that do not have a dedicated compliance officer.  This program is meant to assist in developing and organization their compliance programs.   Please note this is not a program about complying with a particular State or Federal regulation, but rather how to organization an efficient and cost-effective compliance program.
