This workshop will provide a step-by-step process to develop dynamic, mission-driven, data-driven strategic plans and Key Performance Indicators (KPI).  It can also be adapted to developing KPIs for existing strategic plans.

The workshop aims to provide participants with the tools to develop strategic goals for their institution, department, or division.   Creating measures that are reasonable, realistic, and data-driven.  It will also focus on ensuring that the strategic goals are linked back to institutional mission and goals.  This workshop is most effective as a full-day workshop but can be adapted based on institutional needs.
